When wondering whether a path is nurturing or misleading, it can help to ask yourself:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Does this desire or thought open me into <strong>spaciousness and freedom<\/strong> \u2013 or tighten me into <strong>fear and constraint<\/strong>?<\/li>\n<li>Does it foster <strong>community and openness<\/strong> \u2013 or does it lead to <strong>loneliness and isolation<\/strong>?<\/li>\n<li>Does it bring <strong>clarity<\/strong> \u2013 or does it deepen <strong>confusion<\/strong>?<\/li>\n<li>Does it encourage me to <strong>independent path<\/strong> \u2013 or make me <strong>dependent<\/strong> on external authorities?<\/li>\n<li>Does it offer <strong>comfort<\/strong> \u2013 or does he leave behind <strong>desolation<\/strong>?<\/li>\n<li>Does it fill me with <strong>inner fullness<\/strong> \u2013 or does he let me <strong>empty back<\/strong>?<\/li>\n<li>Does it awaken <strong>Joy<\/strong> \u2013 or does it lead to <strong>oppression<\/strong>?<\/li>\n<li>Does it strengthen <strong>Love<\/strong> - or leave behind <strong>lack of love<\/strong>?<\/li>\n<li>Does it draw me <strong>closer to God<\/strong> \u2013-or distance me from Him?<\/li>\n<li>Does it help me grasp the <strong>message of Jesus<\/strong> more deeply?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These questions can offer valuable guidance not only in spiritual matters but also in everyday decisions. Often, the answer doesn\u2019t arise solely through thinking\u2014but through our feeling: Sometimes we intuitively sense that a decision, while sounding logical, doesn\u2019t truly nourish us within.<\/p>\n<p><!--StartFragment --><\/p>\n<p>By asking these questions, we learn to perceive not only our thoughts and emotions, but also trace their roots: Where does this impulse come from?
