Or does time have you?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>We all know: We really should take more time. For sports, health, silence. For the divine mystery. For our hobbies. And yet: It all falls by the wayside. Life is pressing, we&#039;re stuck in routines and hamster wheels that we&#039;ve chosen \u2013 and from which we often can&#039;t escape.<\/p>\n<p>You hear it again and again in courses: Being in a group helps you avoid going it alone. Training provides structure, and new things are taken seriously. But in everyday life? That&#039;s when things slip away.<\/p>\n<p>And then we get annoyed because we fail to actually implement our insights. Who hasn&#039;t experienced that?<\/p>\n<p>That&#039;s why we&#039;ve come up with something: exercises that fit right into everyday life. I thought to myself and even spoke of how, with such restlessness, it would be impossible for them to progress in their spiritual lives.<\/p>\n<p>O Lord, how different your ways are from our opinions. Reddemann)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Doing something once an hour \u2013 purposeless, as an act of inner freedom<\/strong>: tug your ear, stretch your toes \u2026 (after Sabine Bobert)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These impulses last n<em><strong>only 10 to 30 seconds.<\/strong><\/em> If you&#039;re awake for 12 hours: 2 to 6 minutes a day for yourself. That sounds doable.<\/p>\n<h3>Exercises for every day, with a little more depth \u2013 rooted in everyday life<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Start the day consciously \u2013 a morning ritual<\/strong> (5\u201310 minutes)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Table prayers, night prayers, pearls of faith, or rosary <\/strong>(a few seconds to minutes)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Meditation<\/strong> (30 minutes daily, some twice daily)<\/li>\n<li><strong>End the day in prayer, take in the good, let go of the burdens<\/strong> (approx. 30 minutes)<\/li>\n<li>Also helpful can be<strong> Meditation apps<\/strong> be \u2013 as a gentle reminder to keep going.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The exercises last max. <em><strong>30 minutes daily<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
