Testament. Jesus laid his hands on people to bless and heal them; and he gave this commission to his followers as well. We too can lay our hands on people, but we should always remember that God&#039;s Spirit works through us, not ourselves. God&#039;s Spirit works as He\/She\/It wills, and what happens is not necessarily what we want or what we consider good.
