Loved ones leave you. There&#039;s no escaping old age, illness, and death. Farewells are a part of life, just as birth and new beginnings are. On this day, we practice the &quot;art of dying.&quot; We practice letting go in order to become free and anchor ourselves more deeply in life itself, in what remains.
