Basic Meditation Facilitation Course 2026 – 2027

THE WAY IS NOT OUTSIDE OR IN THE SKY, THE WAY IS IN THE HEART

A further training in leading meditation groups and/or accompanying one's own heart's path in seven modules.

If you have already had individual experiences with silence in groups, at adult education centers or rehabilitation centers, in churches, during retreats or spiritual exercises and feel a longing to deepen this or to make it a path for others and also for yourself,
then you have come to the right place!

On the one hand, meditation brings peace and relaxation; it is an important resilience factor—and it goes beyond that: through deep contact with myself and the divine mystery, I can gain support, guidance, and the strength to grow. Furthermore, it is a path of purification (via purgativa)—and offers guidance on one's own heart's path.

This seven-weekend, two-year foundation course qualifies participants to lead meditative exercises and guide individuals into silence. It also offers the opportunity for intensive guidance on their own path to silence and the sources of mysticism.
The course content includes: help in finding your own silence ritual, bodywork exercises, meditative singing, personality types and silence, spirituality and biography, dynamics of silence, examining your own path, spiritual crises and how to deal with them, knowledge of different Christian practices such as heart prayer (focus), scripture meditation and imaginative approaches, self-reflection and exchange.
Participants will thus be able to lead meditation groups.

Spiritual guidance is recommended during the introductory course. Between the individual modules, participants meet in small groups, either in person or online.
A certificate will be issued.
