When I meditate,
I am not fleeing from the world,
not withdrawing from the world,
not burying my head in the sand.

I meditate,
to return, again and again, to my inner core,
to sense the divine mystery,
to integrate my light and my shadows,
so that I may step outward strengthened.

And act.

God in Everyday Life, Made Concrete:

Action creates hope

When we stand up for others – for justice, the environment, human rights or solidarity – we sense that what we do matters. It is not the scale of the impact but the honesty of the step that turns helplessness into strength. Hope grows wherever we choose to get involved – for a world that can be made whole.

Here we regularly present a project that we consider important and where we believe support is beneficial. It's one example among many – perhaps it will inspire you to take your own step.

A project that moves us:

Following the fatal violence against Renée Good and Alex Pretti, the open, inclusive Methodist church in Minneapolis is supporting traumatized individuals and organizing concrete assistance. A step towards humanity and solidarity.

If their work appeals to you, we would be delighted if you would support them – be it through a donation or by spreading the word about their initiative.

Queer and Christianity

Yes, of course it is possible – because we are all children of God.

Discovering your heart’s true path

experiencing God in everyday life and

bridging Heaven and Earth

In these times, when healing and connection are more important than ever, we invite you to rediscover Heaven and Earth. Our foundation is a Christian integral spirituality – a Heaven that sustains, and an Earth that heals. Both are rooted deeply in Christian traditions and open up paths to a holistic way of life.

Yet there are many paths that lead to this connection—each person encounters the divine mystery in a unique way. We don't want to provide a predefined path, but rather create an open space in which you can explore your own spirituality, develop it further, and draw new strength.

Our website offers a wide range of inspiration – from background information on central questions of faith to practical instructions for meditation in everyday life. We encourage you to discover new perspectives, reflect on your own beliefs, and find your own individual path. In our courses, we create space for self-discovery and personal development, and as spiritual guides, we are at your side and support you.

Our experience is: The divine mystery is connected to everything, within and outside of ourselves.

Welcome to our website, ‘God in Everyday Life’ – discover your path and connect Heaven and Earth!

All events are held in German and take place in Germany. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer translation services. However, feel free to reach out to us for further information or personal contacts – we’re happy to help.
