Advanced course Meditation support for people with meditation experience

With the four elements, we invite you over four weekends to deepen your knowledge of heart prayer and meditation for your own path and for guiding others.
Each weekend will focus on one of these elements, which will guide us through all levels of our being in meditation sessions: physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual. The respective theme will be introduced through contextual and biblical inspiration and then explored in depth in a separate session of bodywork and imagination. The weekend concludes with a reflection session on the implications of the experience for our own group work and our own personal path.
The weekends can be attended individually or consecutively.
Prerequisites for participation are experience of silence and meditation practice.

The training is aimed at people from social and therapeutic professions such as social educators, coaches, relaxation trainers or alternative practitioners

• Module 3: Water – January 23–25, 2026
  WATER – BE IN THE FLOW – GROW: “You receive the living water for free”
• Module 4: Air – March 13–15, 2026
  AIR – BEING IN MOTION – RENEWING AND CONNECTING: “He breathed his breath into them and they came to life”

On weekends: Friday from 5pm to Sunday at 2.30pm.
