Spirituality can be healing—but at the same time, spirituality can also be used, or I believe, in a way that hinders healing—here is the handout as a PDF.
The world is shifted when you only love yourself or only others - both belong together!

The mind and body are connected – and when you get sick, you feel it most clearly. How can the mind remain healthy despite everything? Here is the handout for our interactive lecture as a PDF.
From 2012 to 2022, supra-regional symposia were held in the Protestant church district of Steinfurt-Coesfeld-Borken. These symposia connected people interested in the connection between spirituality, faith, and science, invited them to exchange ideas, and provided inspiration for their own lives. The symposia in the Steinfurt-Coesfeld-Borken church district developed from conversations with and questions from people I, Dagmar Spelsberg-Sühling, encountered in the course of my spiritual work. With these people, their expertise, and other professionals from the professional fields of medicine, therapy, church and religions, alternative healing, art and music, nursing, hospice work, schools, etc., I wanted to explore the emerging topics in more detail and offer a range of options. Here Here you'll find all the symposia and background information. Feel free to use these documents for your own ideas and questions.
Forgiving sounds simple – but if you forgive too quickly, you haven't really forgiven, neither the other person nor yourself… The handout, which you can download here as a PDF, also shows why this is important…
Depression can affect anyone, even spiritual people. Faith can help you get through it better—or worse.
