Finding a space of stillness in everyday life. Having time for yourself and your spirituality. Encountering others on their journey. Inspiring each other. Being connected to the divine.

The meetings are led alternately by: Dr. Annette Höing (Resident for Retreats, Episcopal General Vicariate of Münster), Dagmar Spelsberg-Sühling (Evangelical pastor, contemplation teacher and spiritual director), Dr. Ester Sühling (Doctor, psychotherapist, meditation facilitator and spiritual guide), Dr. Stephan Trescher (Referee for retreats and spirituality in the Münster Diocesan Office of Vechta, Spiritual Director).

Do you remember getting engrossed in a book or losing track of time while cooking or enjoying another hobby?
Have you ever watched children completely absorbed in their play? Seeing or experiencing this yourself is fascinating.
Someone is completely at one with themselves, focused on what they're doing, devoted to the activity and the task at hand, with undivided attention, present in the here and now, without distraction or self-doubt, without judgment of their own actions, and without pressure to perform. Anyone who has experienced this will confirm that it's good for them.
