My text explores why genuine feeling doesn't weaken, but connects. Why grief, anger, and pain can be sacred spaces. And why "letting go" sometimes divides rather than heals—especially when it makes suffering invisible and leaves injustice unnamed.

Pride Month reminds us that people must constantly fight for the right to simply be themselves—without fear, without justification, without defensiveness. And it raises an old question anew: Why does the unfamiliar sometimes affect us so deeply, and why do we find it so difficult not to reject it, but to embrace it?

The synthesis: integration of both sides. „Love your neighbor as yourself“ (Mark 12:31) – this is not a choice between two options, nor is it: first one, then the other.
