Is that politically – and Christianly – possible?
Trump visits Jerusalem – suffers a heart attack and dies.
Repatriation and a proper burial in Washington will cost five million dollars.
Then the Israeli government chimed in: „The president can of course be buried here. He is a close friend of Israel. It only costs $50,000, here in Jerusalem.“
The consultants consult among themselves and reject the proposal.
„But why? That’s much cheaper!“
„Sure,“ says the chief of staff, „but someone in Jerusalem once rose again after three days. We’re not taking that risk.“
A whispered joke from the Nazi era
A severely wounded soldier lies dying. He asks the nurse if he can see one last time those for whom he gave his life. She places a picture of Hitler on one side of him and a picture of Göring on the other. The dying man says, "Now I am dying like Jesus Christ."„
(Note: Jesus died between two criminals (Luke 23:32-33)).
This joke was told by the Catholic priest Joseph Müller from Groß Düngen near Hildesheim. He was denounced, sentenced to death by the People's Court for "undermining the war effort" because of this joke, and executed on September 11, 1944, in Brandenburg-Görden.

Healing Fools
A man encounters the Virgin Mary in the marketplace. He asks: Are there children of the future world here? Please show them to me so that I can take them as my role models.
Mary points to two fools, jokers, jesters. The man asks her: "What do you do?" They answer: "If someone is sad, we try to cheer them up, and if we see people arguing, we try to make peace between them."„
