“Lent – Time for the Soul: Healing Fasting with Spiritual Depth”

NEW CONCEPT

“Lent – Soul Time”: Healing fasting with spiritual depth

A week for body, mind and soul – conscious, healing, educational

In a time when our daily lives are often characterized by hecticness, excess, and overstimulation, this week of fasting invites us to consciously pause. Therapeutic fasting is more than abstaining from solid food—it's an invitation to rediscover ourselves.

Going without solid food for a few days cleanses the sensory channels in body and soul. It can work true miracles. Therefore, therapeutic fasting is not only helpful from a medical perspective (it detoxifies and relieves stress) but also from an emotional and spiritual perspective.

"Lent – Soul Time" combines the healing effects of fasting with spiritual guidance and profound content. Daily cleansing of the body is complemented by spiritual inspiration, meditation, and group discussions. This creates a space in which healing and insight can grow.

In this group, Buchinger-style fasting is practiced at home as part of everyday life. This is entirely possible, even if you have to/want to cook for others or work. However, it's still necessary to schedule some time for yourself in your daily routine. Taking this week off is even more beneficial, but not required.

Read on to find out what to expect and what the requirements are:

What awaits you?

In the morning via Zoom: 7.30 – 8.00 (also available as audio)
Instructions for classical therapeutic fasting at home (according to Buchinger)
Spiritual impulses, guided meditations and physical exercises

In the evening via Zoom: 6:00 PM – 7:15 PM
Evening session for exchange and deepening
Educational impulses on the effects of fasting on the body and psyche

The goal of the event is to experience fasting not only as a physical cleansing process, but also as a learning path and spiritual practice. Participants reflect on their habits, expand their knowledge of holistic health, and find new ways to achieve inner peace and vitality.
