Let go or stick with it?
Let go or stick with it?
Sometimes "Let go" sounds like spiritual advice – light, wise, liberating.
But often hidden within it is the old "Don't feel it!"„
Silencing.
The belittling.
My text is about why genuine feeling doesn't weaken, but connects.
Why grief, anger, and pain can be sacred spaces.
And why "letting go" sometimes divides rather than heals – especially when it makes suffering invisible and leaves injustice unnamed.
